Roblox Player will not launch on my system at all. When I attempt to open the game via the website or desktop app, the Roblox process briefly appears under “Background Processes” in Task Manager, then switches to “Suspended” and disappears after a few milliseconds. No error messages are shown, no logs are generated, and nothing ever opens visually on the screen.
Here’s what I’ve already tried.
- Reinstalled Roblox (many times)
- Fully removed Roblox from registry and AppData
- Updated GPU drivers (GeForce RTX 2060, used GeForce Experience)
- Used Safe Mode + disabled all services via msconfig
- Updated/repaired DirectX and .NET Framework
- Verified no interfering startup apps (removed MSI Afterburner & Fan Control)
- Ran ProcDump and ClientSettings\ClientAppSettings.json crash dump config — (I have attached a memory dump in the private message.)
- Reset BIOS settings to default
- Created new Windows user
- Disabled all overlays (e.g., Discord, NVIDIA)
- Verified antivirus isn’t blocking anything
- Attempted in Safe Mode with Networking
- sfc /scannow (no integrity violations found)
Here are the specs of my computer:
- Microsoft Windows 11 Home
- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
- CPU: AMD Ryzen (using Gigabyte A320M-H-CF motherboard)
- RAM: 16 GB
- Roblox version: latest from roblox.com

I am eager to see what you guys think of my issue and I am open to your thoughts to solve this problems.
Expected behavior
I expect Roblox player to run normally and generate a log.
