Roblox Player rendering became blurry yesterday

A few days ago, Roblox Player suddenly started rendering the 3D world noticeably blurry, even with graphics quality set to maximum. Roblox Studio still looks completely normal and sharp.

I have already fully uninstalled and reinstalled Roblox several times, including deleting the Roblox cache folders, but the issue keeps returning. It affects character edges, textures, terrain, particles, and the overall image quality.

Well the roblox player and studio have different rendering behaviours, it could be a render upscaling issue, try looking at your drivers because sometimes they can enable scaling for the roblox player. But it could just be a weird client update, might just have to wait for the devs to fix APIs. If it only effects your client i probably wouldn’t worry about it to much.

He’s not the only one; myself and a fair few others have the same problem (see attached post for more info)

It can be mitigated through forcing anti-aliasing through Nvidia’s control panel, granted this as a fix is a bit of a band-aid solution to the problem. I don’t think this is a driver problem, this seems to more be an engine issue. Yesterday (27/07/2026), it was working completely fine and as intended.
