Sorry for the short-tempered and subjective title, but I’m genuinely frustrated with how Roblox Moderation handled my situation. If you’re unfamiliar with my case, I would appreciate if you could take your time browsing this before continuing:

Long story short, after sending 2 appeals and 8 follow-ups over the course of 20 days and still not receiving any responses, I decided to try my luck again by sending a third appeal regarding my appeal, just to receive this:
Are you serious? In every single appeal and follow-up submitted, I’ve mentioned at least once regarding the reason for my ban is most likely due to the shirt that I have created with an explanation of my intention and why I believe it was a false ban. 20 days to notify that the shirt was the reason for my ban? WOW, very helpful indeed! (Sarcasm intended as already known.)
Some might say that the image was not suitable for this platform and the ban might be deserving – Okay I have already thought about that before too. I’m not going to turn a blind eye to it, regardless, a permanent ban is too harsh for this. The most important reason I have proving of not deserving a permanent ban is someone have got a silent unban with almost the exact same reason as me. ( The first pic is his decal, the second pic is mine, I bet even a kid can tell that it has similar template and which part make it got flagged, both with an explanation below):

It is undeniable that Roblox AI moderation have the ability helping to keep the platform safer by removing inappropriate content quickly, however I believe Roblox should stop relying heavily on AI especially with many flaws on auto moderation, it is causing more harm than good, with many players and creators getting banned or terminated with extremely vague explanations, even if not intend to break any rules.
In my case, the worst part is that similar items or assets can still be found on the marketplace, yet only certain users get punished. This makes me feel extremely frustrated. It is just so unfair and inconsistent. AI moderation might be fast, but it clearly lacks context and cannot judge situations properly as humans after all. Roblox should get back to relying on real human reviewers, provide clearer reasons for bans, and not be unnecessarily harsh. People deserve a fair chance to defend themselves and not just get slapped in the face with a well-known auto message : “After reviewing all the available evidence the consequences for this conduct will not be adjusted.”
