This was one of my first thoughts. It is hard to be sent back to Roblox Support when you receive rejection after rejection, with no resolution, for your requests. I also believe it would be because they are not a specific team, so we would need to continue appealing through support anyway, but I could be wrong. I also made a post showing that none of my questions about an MIDR and Right to Access for my termination were answered. It really is a frustrating situation, and I have about 7 days left until my appeal window closes.

From what I remember I think there is a process that involves sending a physical letter to their headquarters. Not sure if that was a part of “MIDR” or not.

Decide to send a new 4th appeal after a while since I’ve been busy and received an auto rejected message as usual, replied to that message with additional info and got rejected again. Also, the time I received both of those messages are within 30-45 minutes period so of course everyone can tell that no one but the bot takes over my appeal. Not to mention, when I told them about my first and second appeals in the follow up, they seem to being clueless about it and refused to help with those dry templates.
Got like 7 days left, maybe I’m just gonna try to send another appeal after a while (probably replied and rejected by a bot again) and bumping people post so the issues can stay relevant. Through my experience, I hope you guys always being careful while doing anything in this platform, since you never know when you could lose your account due to poor customer service.

Got this message after my 5th appeals, I would appreciate it if someone acknowledge me whether this is a bot template or not so I don’t need to get my hopes up.

I do change to other category which is “Account Hacked / Can’t access account” then choose “Other login issues” and after that I ask them to review my account situation again instead of appealing tho. I’m pretty surprised that it do indicate that the main point was Appealing a Ban although I didn’t mention anything about ban or at least only moderation but the template kinda look like it was bot-made so well

I just wanna say i’ve been there where you are right now currently. My main account been terminated alongside my alt accounts (8 of them) over 40 days now. It sucks, i have done different categories and researched through the dev forum and other places to find hope. The only way i think we could have some sort of success is to honestly keep reposting and sharing about these situations. I’m sorry you going through this, keep trying and appealing, but never stop sharing like you are now.

Thanks for your encouragement, but honestly I’ve already start to accepted my fate and move on to other stuffs already lol. It just feels pointless to keep spending so much time on the whole appealing situation while it literally just talking to a brick wall like an autistic person and getting an admin to actually read allat seems like a once in a blue moon kind of thing lol. The last thing i’m trying to do right now is waiting to see if there’s any reply to my 5th appeal, might try working on a MIDR, and if all of that still doesn’t get any response, I’ll probably just give up on it entirely.
Anyway yes, hopes everything work out for both of us soon.

we can’t let AI ruin our accounts that were falsely affected by this, we must do anything possible to try to get our accounts back. I understand you starting to move on, but I’m not saying we should die trying, we should definitely try to fight for our childhood accounts we spent thousands on and a lot of progress on that was taken from a AI. Hopefully this would be reverted soon, for others won’t be affected. i hope you have a good day.

these ai moderations are getting out of hand, literally roblox all it needs is to be less greedy and operate like a normal corporative and employ human moderators to function off these moderation decisions, when u let an ai take over to make decisions you cant hold them accountable , this is what roblox is benefiting from this, pure evil greed
