Recently I sent in devex requests which were promptly denied. Since then I have tried to contact support to no avail, either they completely ghost me and not e-mail me back. Or they send me to their crummy AI support agent which gives no help and shuts down the conversation after just one question.
What I think is the reason for my requests not being accepted is that our game was moderated for being a “social hangout” when it was a vehicle simulator were you grinded and earned money, we relaunched the game but roblox still wont allow me to devex the money I have earned.
It has been a week still no response even though its supposed to be 2-5
I have friends that have had said issue where they just ghost you dont respond and just deny your requests. This is very frustrating since I spent almost every waking hour after school on this game for months just for me to never see the fruits of my labor.
I dont know if I should just keep trying to contact support and file claims and fail or should I just quit trying because this is frustrating.
