How did you guys get advanced scripting or learn as you script and what can I do to improve or get better at it so I can know and when to script the right way?

I do every tutorial I run across even if I’m not going to use them. Also a fan of reverse engineering free models. I really like to learn new things… Other than that it just takes time.
