I also have been experiencing this ever since the feature came out and its incredibly annoying. It would be awesome if Roblox could atleast acknowledge the bug and maybe someday we could see a fix for it.

If you lose all your trusted friends, there may be an issue with your account. You can complete an ID verification to see if it fix the issue.
I donât think thatâs an actual solution to use ID verification (it doesnât make any sense at all) since me and my friends havenât removed ourselves as trusted friends ever. It disappeared then appeared back and then completely disappeared.
It occurred after I opened Roblox on my phone twice. I checked every setting, everything was fine, nothing changed.
As for now, everything seems fine, but I canât trust it too much though as it might happen before I even notice.

the other day my trusted got stolen for the 7th time and turned off chat without filters, i donât think using an ID is the solution because i have a friend that used their id and their trusted was stolen at a point too
Hi I am ID verified and it continues to do this. Here is a good example:
I was Trusted Friends with them for not even 4 hours.

Follow up to this: I have been readded and then unadded then readded again without me doing anything. I wasnât even online.

This just happened to me as well. Im assuming this will all be restored, but this is just annoying to deal with.

ID verification fixed this issue for me, as stupid as it sounds.
