Roblox Studio “Access Denied” (RCC-1) when opening my own experiences and group projects

Hello Roblox Team,

I am experiencing a critical Roblox Studio issue where I am unable to open experiences that I own or have full permissions for.

Whenever I try to open certain experiences from the Studio Start Page (including my personal experiences and group-owned experiences), Studio displays the following error:

“Access Denied — You no longer have access to this experience. If you believe this is an error, please contact the owner.”
Error Code: RCC-1

This happens even though:

  1. The experience is under my own Roblox account

  2. I am the owner or have full group permissions

  3. The issue occurs across multiple experiences, not just one

Also one of my co worker tried changing the IP and it didn’t occur! We are on the Indian IP

exact same issue, and same Error code swell, RCC-1. I am on an Indian IP as well.

Yep its with this Indian IP, I don’t even know why dude. This started happening like from yesterday.

Even i am also getting the same error and its preventing us from map designing.

I was kicked out of Team Create of a group-owned place with this error after being tabbed out for a while. Was able to get back in though without the error. I am from the United States so don’t think that this has something necessarily to do with India as previously mentioned.

Hey Floyd! Bumping this thread since this has been happening with me since morning, I’m from Indian IP as well, the place opens perfectly fine when you hard restart studio itself. But the place abruptly closes anywhere between 5 minutes to 2 hours. With the only error being “Access Denied”, when you try to reopen the place without restarting the studio, it shows “You dont have permission to this place”. This is very annoying..

I tried running the log file through Gemini, which suggested me to check for a few things like corrupted plugins/dns flush/clearing studio cache files, etc. All of which are done, and the problem still persists.

Yep! This is still there and I hope the roblox team will monitor it and fix it really quick.

Guys for me today, it looks like the issue has been resolved as I have not experienced it till now! What about you guys?

But I still believe roblox should give us some info on this issue and state it properly if its been taken care of or not.

I am using the Indian IP too, and it is still happeneing to me every 5-10 minutes. Roblox somehow manages to make their resources worse by the passing minute :man_facepalming:.

it was good for a bit now happening again , why is roblox staff not updating about this situation ?
