Roblox Studio Fails to Open Place – “Failed to Fetch Place Info”

When I attempt to open the affected place in Roblox Studio, Studio fails to load it and displays the following error:

“We could not open the place [130111918105301]. Failed to fetch place info.”

This happens consistently whenever I try to open the place.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Roblox Studio.
2. Sign in to my Roblox account.
3. Attempt to open the affected place.
4. Wait for Studio to load it.
5. An error appears stating that Studio failed to fetch the place information.

Expected behavior:

The place should open normally in Roblox Studio.

Actual behavior:

The place does not open, and Studio displays the “Failed to fetch place info” error.

Affected place:

System information:

• Operating system: Windows 11
• Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5500 @ 3.60 GHz
• Installed RAM: 32 GB
• Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060
• Roblox Studio version: 735

I have attached a screenshot showing the error. This issue occurs simply by attempting to open the place; no additional actions are required.

This also started happening to me from yesterday and still going on its really frustrating

I was also experiencing this issue but was able to resolve it (at least for now) by logging out of studio and logging back in, although this may not work for everyone.

Do you still need assistance with this issue? If so, it would be helpful to attach studio logs from the failed open place attempts.

I’m having this same issue aswell, it looks like none of my games logos will load either not sure if it’s related. Could be some kinda loading issue.
