It has happened to me multiple times and still happens sometimes, the only solution I know and usually works is just to restart Studio.
If this is team create maybe you got removed / team create got disabled, try rejoining and see if the same problem happens, try restarting studio
You should change file to place in the title, since it appears to not be a local file. Could mislead people otherwise.
