Anytime roblox studio is rendering UI for itself (not UI for games) it glitches. It will continue to do this glitch while working on an actual instance but only for the top navigation bar.
From what I know, it only happens when roblox studio is on the top layer of focus
graphics: rtx 5070ti mobile
driver: Game ready version 610.88

That being the case only when its focused is interesting.
I’m guessing you’ve already tried disabling fullscreen optimizations right?
