When building, using Terrain, is there a way to move the terrain up? Like a button to click, and it turns into a mountain? If so, can you tell me how or if it’s possible?

You can use the grow tool which will gradually increase the size and (grow) the terrain you are working with. Other wise when I make mountains I usually first add some terrain and smooth it out.

You can add terrain with add tool and then make terrain smooth with smooth tool
I’m trying to make like an island.
You can use the Region Tool. Use select and make sure to get the terrain get inside the select box and select Move tool to make it higher.

Yes you can make an island easily by;
Making the base by adding terrain then smoothing the edges so it gives an oval shape to it.
and then add mountains if you want
