Roblox studio ignoring (( Eporting merge by materials )) setting, spitting out 100's or 1000’s of material files. 3rd post on this topic.

I am trying to export a model where similar materials should be merged together, but this feature in roblox studio is not working at the moment. Exports file without merge by materials, although this feature is checked.

This problem has been going on for over a month and continues to be ignored.

I wish this feature would work again as it saves a lot of time, thanks.

The issue is already acknowledged, assigned, and currently under active investigation.
