Roblox Studio incident ID unable to load place

I have restarted my laptop more than 10 times and I have tried many other ways: reset my WiFi, turn off my laptop for a while I have also looked at my Firewall if there’s any issue that blocks the server of Roblox but regardless no solution.

  1. I open Roblox Studio
  2. I then click my place (that is enabled on Team Create because I work in a team)
  3. The screen message says ‘Connecting to server…’
  4. Right after the message I get an error saying incident ID: 1154569418953111033 or 7530460143568254022 (since the incident ID changes everytime it fails)

I have no clue why this is happening, I usually don’t face any issues regarding Roblox Studio and I have been using it for a long time. I can’t tell if it’s a Roblox Studio issue or a Team Create issue. Any tips or help are greatly appreciated!

Hi! Apologize for the trouble. Here are a few questions to help us understand the problem better:

  1. Is this happening for every place?
  2. If no, could this be a large place? Would it be possible to restore a previous version from create.roblox.com and see if that works?
  3. Does it happen for game play as well?

Hello! This happens for every place that has team create. I have also tried reverting previous versions for games with team create and it was unsuccessful. I would have to reboot my laptop a lot of times for it to work sometimes. For playing games it also happens, it just disconnects me everytime I’m not sure why it happens but I do know for Roblox Studio it happens with team create. Games without team create like a ‘file’ are accessible. I hope this helps :grinning_face:

Thanks for the response! It looks like a network/firewall problem on your end.. are you on VPN by any chance?

Yes I am using a VPN for some time

Will it be possible to try this with VPN off?
