As the title says, my FPS is locked to 27 FPS when it is not rendering OpenGL. I’m very confused on why this is happening, as I have a decent computer.

This is on a blank baseplate, and the issue disappears when testing the game, but reappears when editing in Studio. I’ve tried reinstalling and restarting thousands of times, yet to no avail.
Specs:
GTX 1660 Super
Ryzen 5 7600X
32GB RAM
1TB SATA SSD
