Hey, does anyone know why Roblox Studio doesn’t have an offline mode? Like, why can’t we run the servers locally and work fully offline? Is it just me, or is there a reason they haven’t added this?

Offline means not making any type of API request by script, load any meshpart or texture, audio or animation.

There was, at one point, a tool to unofficially allow usage of studio offline. It seems, however, to be in a broken state as the developer hasn’t updated it in a while.
You could, however, use an older version of Roblox Studio ~2015 - 2017 to develop as having an internet connection was not required to develop back then.
