Roblox Support AI keep saying "An error occured, please try again later"

So I am trying to contact support but the AI support bot is just keep responding with “An error occured, please try again later.”
This issue made me not able to contact support which is really frustrating.
I also wish Roblox to add an option to skip the AI bot and just send to a human.

Expected behavior

The AI bot responds to my issue.
