What I expect to happen: I expect roblox support to want me to contact them from the yahoo email that is associated with my account, and not my gmail which is not associated with my account.
What happens: Roblox support requests that I contact them via my gmail, but they should want me to contact them via the email associated with my account, which is my yahoo email, which I know for a fact because when I input it into roblox account recovery it messages my yahoo email, and if I put in my gmail it does not send a message to my gmail. Because roblox support asks me to contact them via gmail they cannot verify that I am the owner of my account (FedoraFella) because the gmail account is not the email associated with my account, and as a result of this they won’t turn off two step authentication on my account, so I can’t get into my account as I no longer have access to my device with the authenticator app.
