Roblox support doesn't want to deactivate my authenticator

I’ve had this problem for a long time already, but decided to take action around 3 days ago, but when I got a response back from roblox support, they refused to deactivate it for me.
Basically, I lost my phone around 5 months ago in which I had authenticator activated but still had access to my Roblox account, I didn’t really mind it as I didn’t lose my account or had to log in but due to fear of getting locked off my account, I decided to contact Roblox support.
I can be logged out of my account or even get hacked in any moment and be locked out of it forever in any moment because they can’t verify ownership of my account when my phone number and e-mail is literally connected to my account.

If a Roblox moderator is reading this. Do not lock / delete this post like the other ones, just help me deactivate it, please.

What Authenticator did you use? If you used Google’s, I believe you can get that back on a new phone. Although I’m not entirely sure if you can sync it without the other phone or not.

Also, while this situation is not great, it’s a good thing that Roblox won’t deactivate it. Imagine if somebody else were asking Roblox to deactivate it, pretending to be you, in order to get into your account.

Edit: I found the authenticator secret links but they dont work either, If roblox support ends up doing nothing about this, I’m probably gonna get locked out of my account for a long time
