So u noticed lately that in the reply of roblox support, it ONLY says the reason and no other explanation why it got banned, and u have to ask what exactly broke the rules, and it just says the area and not specific things
For example, my bundle got banned and im trying to restore it but it gets denied with no clear explaining and i have to ask why

That its acting the same way as the violation and appeals system, and its not suppose to act the same way, roblox support is made to make the action or things more understandable
I can see how this can be a bug, but I can also see that Roblox support staff aren’t always as qualified to answer your questions regarding the specific reasons as to why your bundle was deleted, it’d be preferred if they put more time into certain sections of support though. I often see ban messages under reasons that don’t necessarily make sense (such as Dynamic Heads containing makeup being deleted for Misusing Systems.)
In general Roblox should revamp the current ban reasons. They aren’t very transparent, neither do they explain very well to the player why something is deleted, and since support is often used as a means to get a direct answer this is incredibly annoying to get nothing out of it
