Roblox Support Has Failed. Calling on Fellow Developers for Real Help

After weeks of back and forth with ROBLOX support, I’ve officially hit a wall. Despite being a dedicated developer for over a decade, I’ve been met with copy paste replies.

(i.e: “Please check out the Building and Script Help and Tutorials”)

I’ve provided videos, detailed reports, and followed every step they gave me, yet the issue persists. I strongly believe this is a platform issue, specifically something on the backend copy of the experience or just the overall issue with ROBLOX studio. NOT the error of myself.

So now I turn to the community for help since ROBLOX support has been utterly useless, up to this point (sixteen emails later).
