I want Roblox Support to respond to my ticket about removing authentication for my account to do the face check so I can chat, but it’s been a month and I’ve recieved nothing from them yet. How long do these tickets usually take? My device with the authenticator is broken, by the way, which is the entire reason I’m contacting them. The Roblox AI Chatbot didn’t help at all, either. I’ve lost access to my backup keys and authenticator app.

Same thing has happened to me numerous times, just resend the ticket
