Roblox support Ignoring Income letter requests, What to do?

Roblox Ignoring my income letter request for over 4 Months

I have submitted an income letter request 4 Months ago and the only response i got was that my ticket has been escalated to the devex support team and i should wait 7 to 10 business days

I did another reuqest 2 weeks ago and i finally got a response from human agent asking if i need for 1099 which i replied to with yes, then they disappeared and did not answer since

To clearify this is very important document i need to get the freelance card in my country and i have a deadline for it, please is there any other way to force a response ?

And yes i have gotten this document from roblox before ( twice ) but this time they are fully ignoring me

Short of replying to the email again, I don’t think you can do much.

That said, Roblox has an overall Developer Relations team who might be able to help in addition to sub-teams for different countries/languages that can be found here: https://devforum.roblox.com/g. The most active in the main DevRel group seem to be @AboveOurSquare and @frecklesnspectacles when it comes to engaging with the community from what I can see.
