My account got deleted because my older brother was ban evading (on my life im not lying lol) and I’ve sent a support ticket whats going to be 5 days ago now and I didn’t get any reply or anything. My younger brother and sister have also sent appeals and they’ve been rejected already, probably because they didn’t go into enough detail. I’m scared that a month might pass and then my account would be gone for good. I’ve had this account since 2016 and spent a lot of time and money on it just to get it deleted by something that is not even my fault.
I believe the support team is having some issues, i waited 4 days to get a automated response saying i should open a ticket again if the issue still occours (Which it obviously did)

I have several bug reports recently, and over 1+ years old that haven’t been responded to, or resolved yet either. Kind of frustrating
When my account was deleted, it took them a whole two weeks to respond — and that was a year ago. Expecting a reply in just five days — especially for account appeals — is a bit too optimistic, so I wouldn’t consider it a bug; they’ll likely respond eventually.
Also, I’m not sure, but even the bundle appeals team replied just today, and that took 4 days — and we’re probably talking about no more than 15–20 creators with deleted bundles.
In contrast, account deletion appeals likely go through a much higher-volume channel, given that there are millions of active accounts at any given time on the platform and things can go wrong for anyone — so they’re probably dealing with a huge number of cases. Just give them some time…
