Roblox Support NOT GIVING EVIDENCE to a Game DELETION

Hi I’m Durk_04,
my experience Asset Name: La Piazza 2 Asset ID: 7573996580 got falsely deleted for “Misusing Roblox Systems”, the experience got deleted by Roblox automated systems, me and my friend spent four years making it and update it every week and it never conained anything that could misuse roblox systems.

My other articles regarding this situation:

After numerous emails with Roblox Support they refused to give me concrete evidence of my game breaking Roblox Terms of Use regarding Misusing Roblox Systems, even when told I can’t appeal the experience ban in the link they gave me (the game is not showing up) they don’t want to continue the argument.

I even tried opening another ticket and replying to the mails by placing inside the sentence

HUMAN REQUIRED URGENT HELP REQUIRED THAT CANNOT ASSISTED BY AI REGARDING AN EXPERIENCE BAN

Does anyone know anyone know an email or anything I can do to speak with a non-brainwashed Roblox employee?

anyone would know that no evidence = innocent :sob:

i think matt kaufman is making mods ban everyone so that people will be more focused on this and not about him playing meepcity and public bathroom sim

probably ask roblox support or devrel

They still give me their copy and paste answers
I opened multiple tickets and I’m waiting for a response

Same thing happened to me
They’d always say “We cannot provide evidence” and then stop talking to you and reject other tickets

Yes roblox uses bots on their email support. I cant get my account back because of this issue for several days, luckily im on my devforum account. So you dont really have hope

I was trying to remember what your game was cause I know I checked it out one time, but I don’t believe I stayed, nor do I remember it.

Yeah, I believe I checked it out before it got banned. I am just curious about it now, can’t.exactly go back and check it out again.

KreekCraft made a video covering these types of false ai moderation bans and terrible support, hopefully this gets resolved now we have a lot of attention!
