I believe this wasn’t reported yet so im gonna open a new bug report for this. Recently i noticed alot of templates agents use are completely outdated and use broken links. As a example, when you contact roblox about forgetting your password, they sometimes answer with this email:
However, the “How do I Add or Remove a PIN” link is broken likely because it no longer exists and they redirect you to the home page. Broken link: https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/articles/360031680051
Additionally, a template response you get from the appeals team also contains a broken link:
The broken link is: https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000272703-Appeal-Your-Content-Moderation
Which just gives a error:

Expected behavior
I expect the templates to not contain broken links
