The agent only replied “What is your username”, despite having provided it in the support form (Maybe its bugged and it doesn’t provide it to the support properly..?) and has vanished for a month despite giving a response within minutes
Expected behavior
I would expect to get a response within a reasonable amount of time… that doesn’t take months to get… (even if I know they’ll probably just bot it and say something completely unrelated and then I’ll have to wait another month for another response…)
