Not an urgent problem, but I’ve noticed this messaging mistake every time a trade does not process for a while, and think it could be confusing for people who are new to trading.
As seen in the image provided, whenever a trade is accepted but does not process (usually when one party no longer owns one of the items included in the just accepted trade) Roblox sends this message saying the trade could not be completed.
The issue is the clickable “My Transactions” link in the last sentence. It reads wrong, and directs to my transactions (Log in to Roblox) which does NOT allow you to view your inactive trades.
Expected behavior
The clickable “My Transactions” link should read “Trades page”, and redirect to the trades page with the inactive tab selected (Log in to Roblox)
This way, players can view the rejected trade they are receiving the message for.
Hey, as I previously mentioned it is not an urgent fix by any means but I’m seeing this was marked as resolved when it is not indeed resolved. I was just able to replicate the issue again a minute ago.
Just want to mention 1 more time that this thread is still marked as fixed but the issue is not resolved. It looks like I forgot to reply to you specifically so I’m not sure if you got to see my previous reply. I was again just able to replicate this problem a minute ago and I would ask if you could therefore mark this thread as open.
Again, the new hyperlink should redirect here Log in to Roblox rather than here Log in to Roblox and the hyperlink text should say “Trades page” rather than “My Transactions page”
