Hey, I’m sorry if this isn’t correct category or tag, but I don’t really have any other option to reach out but posting here. Over 2+ months ago, my account region has been changed to Vietnam. I don’t really remember the exact reason why this happened, but it doesn’t really matter anymore.
This is very important to note that I am NOT a citizen of Vietnam. This can be proven by:
- all my “Devices where you’re logged in” point to ANYWHERE but Vietnam;
- my account has been verified using passport that DOES NOT belong to Vietnam;
- my previous account region was always anything BUT Vietnam.
So, you can ask me: “Have you tried contacting Roblox Support?”. Yes, of course I did. Over a MONTH ago.
Since February 16th, I did not hear anything back from Roblox VNG support. I have no other option but posting about this here. Automatic account region change simply does not work. Neither did Roblox VNG support do anything about my ticket.
Please help. thank you.
