a few days ago, I started not being able to log into roblox via the web, the update percentage was not rising when updating, I couldn’t solve the problem, so I tried to log in through the Microsoft Store and it didn’t cause any problems, but right now I’m logging into any game, after about 1 minute, the game freezes, even roblox freezes, nothing works, the only remedy is to turn off roblox, and I still haven’t fixed the problem, can you help?
Edit: The error on the app is only valid for Counter:Blox, there is no problem with other games
