If you look at the image you could have known that it wasn’t a DDoS to begin with 
Because there wouldn’t be an arrow towards the Host and the message at the bottom also says your request wasn’t filtered.
Beside the wiki page error, a bigger problem is that the wiki log isn’t updated for 2016 updates xD
A lot of people on the forums are saying the wiki is down, and others say no, I think the wiki is in multiple locations, hence why some people see it on, and some don’t. Aka. Load balancing.
