Roblox's Built-in Shutdown System Does Not Work

I’ve been trying to use the built-in soft shutdown system of Roblox for my multi-placed experience. However unlike my other experiences, it never teleported the players to newer servers and instead it kept disconnecting them all with the following error:

Expected behavior

Normally, it is supposed to teleport the players to newer and updated servers which it does not seem to do. Is this a Roblox-related issue or is it possible to fix it practically on my own?

Update: It seems to have nothing to do with the Maturity & Compliance section.

Second Update: I’ve tried publishing the game to a different experience/universe and it seems to work as expected there.

Final Update: I’m sorry for the rapid updates one after one, but even though I’ve mentioned that it had nothing to do with the Maturity & Compliance session, the issue started occurring in the second experience as well after I filled out the questionnaire.

Specifically, it occurs only when the following question is marked as “yes”:

Tested this with Restricted vs. no Restricted and it most certainly causes the issue as well, my experience is Restricted, but has not filed that media sharing question.

Maybe that happens because choosing that options restricts the game in some countries? That my guess

This is definitely a bug on ROBLOX’s end, it started recently.

It only occurs with Restricted experiences
