Roblox's Tax Form is asking to "Explain" something, but there's no form to explain stuff in

It says explain, but there’s no form below to explain, so what? I think there’s a mistake in the wording or text or something.

Re-production Steps

  • Pick the “Treaty Claim”
  • Or just use Roblox Source Code and CTRL + F for the text in the image, because yeah
