Over 100k Robux disappeared from my account’s balance, I looked through all of my groups, all of my transactions and I don’t see any tabs for “Roblox Adjustments” (Something my friend told me to check for) my past day transaction doesn’t show that 100k robux spent or anything of the like.
As a verified UGC creator who’s been on the platform for over 15 years this is the first and only time this has ever occurred to me, in the midst of writing this I just got this message on roblox regarding a duplicate payment error, which the message is very vague about this and the amount affected, the amount affected doesn’t seem to add up to my approximate loss of 141k Robux. Relevant images will be included below. I still don’t have the adjustment tab after that message for clarification, I’m very confused and disappointed that an error of this magnitude could even occur on such a large platform.

I had a group with 15k in it, I paid 6k out today and had 9k left, and have been trying to pay it out to one of my devs when the payout errors started not allowing me to. Now I got a notif saying they adjusted my account but now I am missing that remaining 9k robux from my group with no audit log history of it being paid out. I feel like I was just robbed from my group. Now the group has 28 robux in it.
I had this robux since way before the payout errors started. So I feel like I have just been robbed of my money.
Same tbh, I have multiple groups and now they’re all saying 0 despite all previously having funds, I think roblox genuinely just robbed us, I don’t even see how they would revert this. The group I had the most funds in now just has 22 robux in the span of 30 min which isn’t accurate to my actual unpending rate, nice one roblox.
I was also affected by this. My group had around 200K robux available to be paid out in the morning, When I log on and check, I’m down to 149K available and this message in my inbox. This is unacceptable from a platform this massive to where they can just take robux they assume to be earned because of a glitch without any proof to back it up.
what’s going on? there’s no explaination of why this happened or what these duplicate payments were? can we get some details? the inbox message is too vague.
happened to me as well. ~60k disappeared. as far as i’m concerned, duplicate payments aren’t even possible on roblox. i am unsure how something like this could happen to begin with.
UGC creator as well, also just had a few tens of thousands of robux wiped from my account randomly with this message. No trace of anything happening in the transactions page, pending seems untouched
i lost 7k robux from my group funds that i needed for ugc uploads, nice. now my group’s balance is 87 robux
how would they consider MY ROBUX, robux that a random kid from texas bought via OFFICIAL STORE and then used it to buy my ugcs as DUPED robux? this really looks like an attempt to decrease the robux inflation, not gonna lie /j
Yeah all my groups funds got reset got like 5 groups all with tens of thousands of robux in them and all have 100-300 rn, all got wiped, then my robux amount went from 43k to 26k
