Lanster County Developer Recruitment
What developers are we looking for?
We are looking for all types of developers, however, here are some main ones we need:
- Vehicle Builder
- Experienced Builder
- Programmer / Scripter
- Tool Creator
- Graphic Designer
What is Lanster County?
Lanster County is a Roleplay Community, we have many departments which you may also join! We take roleplay seriously and our staff team is always there to make sure everybody is following the Roblox Terms of Service.
What will the payments be?
Payments will depend on what you do and how active you are. Usually, developers get around 5% - 10% of the Group Funds per Month, however, doing certain tasks provided by the groups High Command, you may get a higher payment. PLEASE REALISE THE GROUP IS LACKING ON FUNDS DUE TO NOT BEING RELEASED YET AND PAYMENTS WILL BE LOW UNTIL THE GAME RELEASE
Example of Increased Payment Percentage
High Command: Build a vehicle in 2 weeks and you will have 5% more on your payout percentage per month!
- However, if we reach the 90% limit, we will stop these challenges until a developer drops out of the team, which we hope you do not do!
What are the requirements?
Each developer has to complete their projects by the provided due dates. Failure to do so will result in a strike, 3 strikes is a warning and 5 warnings result in a termination from the development team. If you believe you need to go on LOA, you may contact a member of high command in the discord server, same if you need the due date on a topic to be extended. We control development tasks on a trello board!

Additional Permissions!
Becoming a Developer in Lanster County also allows you to have admin in-game and be a supervisor in the Sheriff’s Office Team. This is because the main department in game is the Lanster County Sheriff’s Office which is also the group you will gain the rank of “Developer” in.
EXTRA INFO:
- The group is currently lacking on members since we are not advertising the group yet and it technically is not looking for members either. We are waiting for the game to be released in Beta before looking for members.
- Being an Admin in Lanster County also gives you permission to own your own company within the city, such as a Clothing Store or Eat In / Take Out Restaurant.
