So I don`t know what category to put this in but it is about the rotate tool so ill put it here.
How do I stop my rotate tool from following the position that the object is in (I know, it’s hard to explain.). I am having a hard time animating with this and I’d like it to stop. The rotate tool usually just stays in a normal position and doesn’t move whatsoever.
