So basically, I want to make it so the rotate tool stays in place even after you click off the part.
Let me show you an example.
So basically after you click off of the part and onto another instance, it does this.
I would like help in figuring out how to make it stay like this.

Press the Ctrl+L keys on your keyboard.
This is called local space rotation and the key bind can be changed or removed by going to the shortcuts menu.

If you’re wondering where to find the shortcut menu, click File in the top left corner of the screen, go to Advanced, then Customize Shortcuts.
