Rotating a part in the animation editor moves it?

I’m working on a compound bow in my game and when you draw the bow back I wanted to make it so the gears rotate however this problem occurs.

the gears actually move as they rotate which is very annoying. How can I fix this?

I had the same problem before and anchoring the RootPart fixed it
