Rotating human body part to where I am facing

I want the arms to follow around like in fps, and decided that I should move the actual arms to be like it. However, I do not want the arm to move out of place so much, like in the other tutorial. Therefore I decided that it is best to just make one end of the arm to follow around the the lookVector, but I do not know how to do it.

Just use IKControl :skull:
