❖ 1 || Introductory
Welcome soldiers of the motherland to the official handbook for our Academy and Military! This here is the latest version of the handbook and has latest updates and features that all members must be notified of. If you haven’t read this version of the handbook, or you have recently joined this guide is urgent for you to read. If you have already read this version, feel free to read again and familiarize yourself with its contents. This handbook is detailed, but not very big. So; read on!
❖ 2 | | New Members & Cadet Academy
You are a new member wanting to work in the military, there are 3 requirements you must have before enlisted into the Cadet Academy. Your account must be at least 30 days old, you must have 1 forum post, and you must get the badge at this obstacle. Enlist Conscription - Roblox
II. Cadets
Cadets will go through trainings to be prepared as a solider for IRF. There will be three srtages. Cadet Tier 1-5.
Cadets do not have clearance for ANY government buildings
Cadet Tier 1, Will be discipline training, this training will be very frustrating to most cadets.
Cadet Tier 2, Grammar, the military must have decent grammar, and not use faces and such.
Cadet Tier 3, Combat Training, this training, a cadet must master gun fighting, and know the basics of sword fighting.
Cadet Tier 4, Combat Training 2, This training, a cadet must be taught same things in Tier 3, but teamwork and comradeship must be used to solve raiding training.
Cadet Tier 5, Ready to be tested, this training, you prepare all taught lessons to become a IRF military member, to prepare you for a final exam which only a senior instructor+ can give you.
Once you pass you will be promoted to Graduated, do not leave the Academy until a Commissar has agreed to accept you in.
❖ 3 || Protocols
Everyone associated with Academy/Military must obey these protocols. Failing to do so will result in punishments. Punishments will be discussed later in this handbook. Remember, no one is above the protocols except the Premier. If you catch a member disobeying a protocol you MUST report it straight away to an officer, or commissar member preferably with proof (screenshot, vid, etc.).
Protocol || 1 || Activity
All members are expected to attend 3 events a week. You will not be punished for remaining inactive to non-mandatory events. Yet, if you are not excused and this becomes a repeating problem you will be demoted automatically to private. Your rank will not be restored automatically, without valid reason.
Protocol || 2 || Loyalty
All members are Required to keep IRF, RSSR, Cadet Academy, or Military as their primary group. Also, all members are required to pick a side. Members caught as spies or in an enemy group will be asked to leave. If failing to leave within a week or the given deadline you will be exiled from the group, and blacklisted as a spy. Military Officers [Lieutenant+], and Commissars [Lt. General+] Are required to have the Military, IRF, RSSR or the Academy as their Prime Group.
Protocol || 3 || Hierarchy
All members will obey commands demanded by a high rank or shall face a punishment by that commander. Recommended punishments are demotions. If that individual is accused of disobeying orders on multiple occasions he or she will be exiled.
Protocol || 4 || Representation
All members must represent the Motherland in a positive way. If you are caught creating or joining an act against the Motherland or you have done something that affects us with a negative outcome you will be exiled and blacklisted as a traitor.
Protocol | | 5 | | Addressing Officers
You must address Officers, Comrade. “Sir” or “Ser” the Officer has permission to Team Kill you as a warning if you do not follow this. Commissars are to be addressed as Comrade Commissar. They too have the authority to kill you if this isn’t followed.
❖ 4 || Apparel Regulations
All official members must own the uniform. Both the shirt and pants are needed. If you cannot purchase the uniform you may request funds either on the group wall, or by contacting the Premier
Members wearing hats that are found immature will be asked to remove or replace them. Failing to do so will result in exile.
❖ 5 || Advancement and Hierarchy
Possible ways to get promote
- showing outstanding skill during events
- reporting rule breakers
- recruiting members

-Sometimes funding
DO NOT ASK TO GET PROMOTED. ASKING WILL LESSEN YOUR CHANCE OF PROMOTION. We do not accept bribes or threats to be promoted. You’ll just be blacklisted if you do.
❖6 || Events are activities that occur for Academy|Military.
Some can be good and some can be bad. Only Officers and Commissars can host events except for middle ranks with permission from a Commissar member.

[PREV] Previous message | Use this when you must ‘over-shout’ someone else’s shout.
If your rank has the permission to shout, please start off with the icons in between the barracks (example: [T] Training. Come to the training facility now! [IN UNIFORM!])
