This Bulletin Post is meant to serve as a Contracting Agreement between a Developer and Rummy Studios. If you receive this link and post from @imnotRummy , you are expected to read this entire Topic Post in its entirety.
Disclaimer, Rummy Studios is a Game Design and Project Management Company, any contracts that are provided are done so explicitly in the role of a facilitator for our clients, if you do not comply with the terms of this contract upon agreeing to it, Rummy Studios is responsible for pursuing nesecary actions against you, within the Roblox Terms of Service.
Section I. Work Place Safety
Rummy Studios is responsible for safety within the workplace during your time as a Contractor for Rummy Studios or one of its client affiliates, anything form of, hate speech, harassment, bullying, offensive jokes, slurs, physical or virtual threats, or not safe for work behavior against yourself or any employees should be reported to @imnotRummy .
Section II. Work Completion
Rummy Studios and you (ie. independent contractor), will come to an agreement regarding how many hours you (ie. independent contractor) will work a week. You will be expected to complete a list of tasks at the end of each week, if that list of tasks is not completed payment may be deducted, exceptions are made on a case to case basis.
Section III. Payment
Rummy Studios and you (ie. independent contractor) will reach an agreement regarding payment, you are to not disclose the details of your payment with any third-party. Payment will be delivered either via, PayPal, Group Funds, or Automatic Group % Payouts (ie. depending on the agreement reached), no other payment alternative may exist.
Rummy Studios will ensure you (ie. independent contractor), receives payment, before task completion, after task completion or during on-going task work, depending on the agreement reached.
Section IV. Asset Handling
Rummy Studios forbids you (ie. independent contractor) to save, share or duplicate any assets you may have encountered access to while working in a workspace owned by Rummy Studios or one of its client affiliates. Furthermore Rummy Studios forbids you from sharing, duplicating or reselling any assets that you may have developed for Rummy Studios or one of its client affiliates.
