Run and Walk animations; How to set my own?

Hi guys,

I am unsure how Roblox uses the Run and Walk animations that are inside of the Animate script.

I am trying to create my own animations for my game, but I am running into some issues such as this:

My animation plays when sprinting because I have it playing within my Sprinting code; but whenever the player Jumps, the default animation plays.

Whenever I try replacing the Run Animation inside of the Animate script, the walking animation also changes.

Basically I am just asking if anyone can explain to me how I can set my animation to play only when the character is sprinting, and not have the default Roblox animation override it.
