This is not a bug, chat is not available.
dude, are you even listening? i cant SEE other messages, i know i cant type- its said i can SEE other messages people send me, while it dosent do shi-

The behavior shown in your screenshot is actually expected. Experience Chat is currently unavailable in Russia, which means you won’t be able to send or receive chat messages. This restriction applies to everyone in the region, regardless of trusted friendship status with other players in the server.

Ok thank you, it was kinda confusing- since it said i could only receive system messages as said in the chat itself.
