Safety Dashboard shows nothing

The safety dashboard page is completely empty for me, likely because I have had no moderation actions recently and I assume the page expects at least one result before showing something. Some users in the replies below show having access regardless so this is very inconsistent.

Expected behavior

I should be able to view my account’s standing status and see my moderation history!

That’s odd, it should show because I haven’t had any moderation actions taken against me before and it loads fine using the link you provided. Do you have any extensions for Roblox enabled or maybe try a hard refresh?

Disabling extensions and refreshing didn’t fix it for some reason I have no idea if this feature is being slowly rolled out since I am in Europe and my friend in Canada can see it. It doesn’t even seem to send any relevant web requests to fetch the information and I see basically nothing important buried in the html

I think you might simply not be eligible for it just yet as it’s being rolled out.

I tested on Microsoft Edge (Version 151.0.4129.72) and Helium (Version 0.15.2.1) and the pages loaded fine for me. I’m also based in Europe, to be specific Germany.

Heya

The feature doesn’t seem to be available on all accounts yet. You can see if you have the old appeals portal page or the new safety dashboard available by looking at:
https://www.roblox.com/help-safety

If it shows “Account Status” then you should be eligible:

But if it shows the old “Violations & Appeals” page, then i believe you aren’t eligible yet:

I did check this feature out a week or two ago and it seems to be account specific. If you switch accounts, some of your accounts might have this feature already

I’m not exactly sure why it’s like this though, perhaps they are experimenting still or it is actually a bug but i kind of doubt it

like that moon wisp thing I saw the popup on an alt but never on my main

Yeah, i made a thread about this feature a while ago:

And someone mentioned the same about not being able to view the page on their account until the user switched accounts

Personally, never got this notification either

I got that notification too about the Moonwisp accessory but I never ended up receiving it even though I played for more than 5 minutes each day since getting that notification.

I did see someone mention that you might be able to view it early via the API:
https://usermoderation.roblox.com/v1/account-standing

See if it works for you!

Yeah I was looking for an API thanks, it doesnt seem to even send a request to that endpoint for me

Nevermind, I ended up getting a notification today that the quest is completed and I have the Moonwisp accessory now.

Yeah same here, my main account (this one) can’t also access this new feature, neither the endpoint returns anything. However in my alt both return info.
I suppose they will roll out eventually to all users.

I have the same issues, my alt already have the dashboard but my main account didnt have it

That sense of dread when I click this API LINK:
https://usermoderation.roblox.com/v1/account-standing

And I see nothing but “At_risk” not knowing what I did, why won’t the real thing show for me?

i think i might be good?

its so easy to not get banned from roblox ngl

Its rolling out so some accounts may have it and other don’t. My main and one of my alts also have blank screen but my other alt shows it despite all these accounts being made in my house so it doesn’t have anything to do with location it seems.

Thank you everyone for this :sob:

Hey @Inkthirsty, this behavior is actually intended. We’re currently rolling out the UI for the Safety Dashboard page to a portion of users, but we’re looking to make a few changes before releasing it out to everyone.

Thank you for raising your concern and thank you to everyone for your interest in the feature!

We hope to get you all access to the Safety Dashboard page as soon as possible.

How long would it take for most accounts to recieve this? It would comfort me for the near future as this feature seems really useful during false punishment appeals. it just makes me less stressed knowing I can check it in one place.
