Guidelines

IN-GAME GUIDELINES
To guarantee a truly remarkable experience for everyone in The Sakura Kingdom, it is imperative that all our employees strictly abide by our guidelines. Failure to comply with these rules or any attempts to violate them will result in facing the repercussions enforced by our vigilant Hrs. Our Hrs are committed to guaranteeing the safety of our community.

  • Treating others with respect is essential in-game.

  • Engaging in disruptive behavior isn’t allowed.

  • Engaging in inappropriate behavior or mistreating others is strictly prohibited.

  • Ensuring that usernames and avatars used during gameplay are appropriate is crucial for maintaining a respectful gaming environment.

  • No excessive messages or flooding chat.

  • Circumventing the ROBLOX filter isn’t acceptable.

  • You may not utilize our games as a platform for promoting your own assets or experiences.

  • Engaging in glitches or exploiting is strictly prohibited.

  • Adherence to the entirety of ROBLOX’s Terms of Service is mandatory.

Staff specific rules:

  • You must comply with instructions from Hr+ (Guards, Knights, Helpers, etc)

  • You are obligated to utilize proper grammar in-game to the best of your capabilities.

  • If you need to go AFK, please make sure to visit the designated AFK room, as going AFK is not allowed in public areas.

  • It is essential to maintain a polite attitude towards recruits at all times.

  • In the game, it is crucial to maintain a mature demeanor.

  • Misuse of tools/commands given to you will result in harsh sanctions.

Consequences of breaking rules are:

  • In-game warning - issued by a guard who is required to read the rulebook before issuing a warning.

  • Players can end up in jail during the game for either receiving three warnings or committing a severe offense.

  • Server ban from the game for a serious offense.

  • Permanent blacklist from all games due to an extremely serious offense.

Staff Only:

  • Suspension - temporary removal from staff position (upon completion, you will revert to your previous rank)

  • Demotion to a lower rank/guest.

  • Permanent staff blacklist (unable to become a staff member unless appealed).

  • Should you happen to observe anyone violating any of the aforementioned rules, please ensure that you promptly report them through our discord server’s ticket channel or notify a member with HR+ privileges using the call command. Remember to gather evidence of the incident you are reporting.
Appeals

APPEALS
At Sakura, we firmly believe in your capacity to rise above your mistakes. To provide you with the utmost fairness, we have established an extraordinary appeals system. This system enables you to contest and appeal against any disciplinary measures enforced upon you. To kick start this process, kindly get in touch with a management+ head on Discord by submitting a ticket using the specified format.

APPEAL FORMAT:

Username: (your username)
Action: (Blacklist, Suspension, Job Blacklist, Other)
Length: (IF SUSPENSION)
High Rank: (High Rank who issued the punishment)
Reason: (Why you were punished in the first place)

Remain patient as your appeal is reviewed, it may take up to 72 hours for a response.

Ways to Gain XP Information

GETTING A JOB:

At Sakura’s Kingdom, we are constantly seeking fresh talent. To become part of our team, start by joining the group and then the game. Once inside, approach one of our friendly receptionists and express your interest in a job. They will teleport you to the security area, where you can request access to the waiting room. Upon arrival, a dedicated trainer will be there to assist you. If by any chance they are not present, please be patient and wait. We can’t wait to welcome you to our team!

Never hesitate to join us at any time, as we have no fixed schedules for our training sessions

JOB INFORMATION:

Receptionist

Receptionists assist potential recruits by inquiring if they are interested in a job opportunity.

  1. You have two choices: you can either mop the floors using the mop tool, or you can take a seat and wait behind the receptionist’s desk.
  2. When a recruit approaches you, greet them by saying, “Welcome to Sakura’s Kingdom! Are you interested in a job?” If they respond affirmatively, instruct them to notify security so that they can be directed to the waiting room, then teleport them.
Supervisor

Supervisors are there to assist workers with any inquiries they may have or even tours, while also ensuring that receptionists receive guidance in handling new recruits.

After completing their training, recruits will be assigned the prestigious rank of “receptionist”. Upon reaching this rank, individuals will be granted the extraordinary privilege of visiting the supervisor’s chamber. There, they will receive invaluable guidance on exploring the castle and uncovering the exact whereabouts of their assigned workstation.

Security

Security simply teleports recruits to the training/waiting room.

  1. When a recruit approaches your desk and takes a seat, greet them warmly. Say something like, “Welcome! How can I assist you today?” If they express their desire to go to the waiting room, wish them good luck and proceed to teleport them by pressing the yellow button. Once pressed, two options will appear: “Teleport” and “terminate”. Always remember to AVIOD pressing the terminate button, as it is exclusively intended for use in situations when a recruit is involved in disruptive behavior. Simply click the teleport button, and they will be effortlessly transported to the waiting room.
Barista

As a Barista, you must serve drinks to the hard workers. You sit behind the cash register on the second floor.

  1. If someone sits down in front of you, you must introduce yourself and ask them what they want to drink.
  2. Once they have given you their order, you must collect the drink from behind. Once you are back you must hold the drink and say ;givedrink. This gives the drink to the person sitting down in front of you.
  3. If you want to get rid of a drink, equip it and touch the yellow trashcan or say ;trash
Trainer

A trainers job is to train and enroll new workers into our amazing castle. They can do this with the help of the trainers pod.

  1. To progress to the next rank, you need 100% XP and at least 8 enrolls. Trainers can check their enrolls by saying -enrolls. Trainers must use pods instead of their own notepads to train recruits. pods make the job easier. Equip the pods before starting training, follow the instructions, and click the EXPLAIN button when needed. The EXPLAIN feature tells recruits everything they need to know, but only works on the red line in the training room. If recruits are not paying attention or there are issues, you may need to explain a page again. If no training rooms are available, say !call and ask HR to extend the training area. If there is still no space, wait for a room or give your recruits to someone else. Enroll stealing is not allowed; trainers cannot enroll recruits they did not personally train. If a trainer leaves their recruits, you can take over but must give them back if the trainer returns. It’s recommended to record trainings to have proof in case of enroll stealing. Enroll stealing can lead to firing and banning.
Librarian

Librarians are dedicated to providing the best possible assistance by offering helpful suggestions, promptly reporting any bugs, and confidently answering any questions you may have.

Advisor

The advisor’s job is to improve the experience of other players. You sit behind the desk on the 3rd floor in the advisor room. Advisors are to help workers with issues they have.

  1. It is vital to monitor the activity of players on the server, making sure they remain engaged. Additionally, you can utilize the “-xpcheck” command to inquire about a player and their current XP.
Ranker

As a ranker, their job is to promote players once they are at 100%.

Chef

The chef’s role is to provide nourishment to the workers, thus enabling them to replenish their energy levels. Interestingly, both the chef and the baristas can be found on the second floor.

Manager

Finally, the manager rank serves as the ultimate milestone within the intermediary hierarchy, providing a stepping stone toward the prestigious HR position.

  1. To achieve this rank, you must fulfill 150 duty points and attain a flawless 100% completion of this rank.

HR JOB INFORMATION:

Gaurd

Guard is the first High Rank that you can get, they patrol the castle and handle trollers.

  1. Guards have access to a series of admin commands and exclusive game commands which they will use to overlook and maintain the functions of the castle. One job of Guards is to host award sessions which take place on an every three hour basis.
Knight

Knight is the second High Rank that you can get, same as a guard but has more perks.

  1. Knights are covered in big heavy build of armour, the perfect weapon created by the Queen to use at demand. One job of Knights is to host and escort workers during a fire drill to ensure everyone is safe and accounted for.
Helper

Helper is the third and final High Rank that Players can obtain. same as the other higher ranks but even more perks.

  1. Helpers are professionals in suits to give homage to their achievements in their service at Sakura’s Kingdom. One job of Helpers is to host amazing and fun games, Helpers will make sure that everyone is having fun to reward them for their hard work within the castle.

HEAD OF MANAGEMENT:

Cloud Voyager

Cloud Voyager is the first Management Rank that Players can obtain.

  1. Cloud Voyager are the Crown’s jokers. They bridge the gap between High Ranks and Management, and their responsibilities include both in-game moderation and assisting with tickets. As Management, they also have opportunities to take part in creative activities for the kingdom, and can have a voice in larger matters Management discusses, though their main job is to provide entertainment, as befits their looks, and you can commonly find them spreading magic through the kingdom in random events, and hosting movie nights every weekend on our community server.
Proxy

Proxy is the second Management Rank that can be obtained.

  1. Proxies overlook the HRs to ensure all HRs are doing their job correctly and follow processes which are created by the Queen. All Proxies are also assigned towards a division, which gives them a small and specific responsibility within the community.
Wanderer

Wanderer is the third Management Rank and is also known as head of Management

  1. The Head of Management(Wanderer) overlooks the Proxies and the Cloud Voyagers, to ensure Management is active and is working correctly and efficiently. HOM will also help to train and shape the judgment and attitudes of our Management so that they are working in the best interest of the Queen, with little flaw and error.
Sage Mentor

Sage Mentor is the fourth Management rank and is the second highest rank in the game, alongside being the co-founder(as of rn) of SK.

  1. Only one Sage Mentor can be assigned at a time, the Sage Mnetor of Sakura’s Kingdom must regularly overlook the functions of Head Proxies, Management in general, and the functioning of the HR team and finally, the entire game. The Sage Mentor automatically has the privilege to do everything the Queen such as arranging updates, creating new events, and making big decisions. This is because the castle is designed by our Queen so that it can function with her dormant, and while someone would still need to be in charge it would be the Sage Mentor.
The Queen

The queen of the entire kingdom, preferably known as Sakura.

This rank is unobtainable.

WAYS TO GET XP:
At Sakura’s Kingdom, workers can earn XP to go to the next rank, by the following:

  • Hard work
  • Award sessions
  • Doing Quests
  • Mopping the floors
  • Events
    and more!!

As mentioned in the list, there are some truly captivating award ceremonies waiting for you! In order to attend one, you will need to allocate 20 minutes of your time. The only way to determine your eligibility is by consulting an advisor on the 3rd floor. If you meet the time requirement, you can participate and earn a minimum of 60 minutes of valuable XP!
