What is Sakurou?
Sakurou is a restaurant-based group offering an exceptional variety of Japanese style food, drinks and snacks. We were founded in late January 2020 and we promise to keep growing. Why not come on down and grab a bite to eat, or go for a swim in the ocean?

Non-Staff
Customer
A person who decided to join the group can take a quiz to get the rank Trainee.
Noted Customer
A user who has done something of significance towards Sakurou.
Low Ranks
Trainee
The first working rank of the group, attended a training session to become a Junior Hibachi Chef.
Junior Hibachi Chef
Work your way up through the LR ranks to get Senior Hibachi Chef. Get at least 250 Worker Points to be promoted to Hibachi Chef. (Please tell an MR+ in-game to rank you)
Hibachi Chef
Work your way up to Senior Hibachi Chef, get 500 Worker Points. (Please tell an MR+ in-game to rank you)
Senior Hibachi Chef
This is the last LR rank once you have made it to here you will be able to apply for Staff Intern, this application will be posted inside of our communication server, so make sure you are over 13 to join.
Middle Ranks (Modoration Ranks)
Staff Intern
This is the first MR rank, after completing an application you will be put on a trial where you will have to learn the basics of becoming a full Middle Rank.
Supervisor
The Supervisor job is the job you will receive after passing your Staff Intern trial, as you are just a Supervisor you cannot host sessions but you may assist with them. You can be promoted to Staff Assistant by showing activity by hosting sessions and fun events.
Staff Assistant
With the job, you have a lot more power but that also come with a lot more responsibilities. If you are a Staff Assistant you may now host shifts and co-lead/host training sessions. To be promoted, please show activity by hosting sessions and fun events.
Assistant Manager
With this role, you will have the same responsibilities at Supervisor, but you can host training sessions as well as co-host them, you may also host shifts. To be promoted please show activity by hosting sessions and hosting fun events.
General Manager
This is the highest MR role, with this you have a lot of responsibilities, you can do everything listed as below, but with some hard work and dedication, you may be chosen to join our HR team. (If there is space)
High Ranks
Executive Assistant
This is the very first HR role, with the role you can do the same as below but your responsibilities get higher, that is why we only select a small number of people to become Executive Assistant’s. If you are lucky enough to receive this role you will be helping the Executive Director with their department and making sure it all runs smoothly if you are looking for a promotion to Executive Director you may be waiting a while as this only happens if the Director resigns or gets fired.
Executive Director
This role is considered the most earning job in the group, as you get to engage with our community and host community events with your department members, your job is to make sure the group runs smoothly and you implement your department into the group as much as you can.
Senior High Ranks
Vice President and President
Your job is to make sure everything is running as it should be and you are actively watching our staff and making sure the departments are doing as they should, you are in charge to make very important decisions when the CEO’s are away.
CEO/Cheif Executive Offier
This is the top role of the group and the most important, the people with this role, own the group and manage every single bit of it with help from the staff.
Staff Intern Guide
If you are reading this then that means you are wanting to become a Staff Intern here at Sakurou, Staff Intern is the first MR rank and is basically a trail rank will you become a full MR (Supervisor+). There are two ways of becoming a Staff Intern and they are:
- Application post in the communications server.
- being recommended by an HR.
To make sure that you know what you are doing, you will have needed to attend a training session before completing the application, and you are a Junior Hibachi Chef+.
If you are one of the lucky few who did become a Staff Intern, you will be put on a trial week, where you will have a certain amount of requirements to do before doing your final exam and becoming a Supervisor.
Alliance Information and Requirements
Requirements
- 700 or more active members, these can’t be alternate accounts or bots.
- At least an active communications server
- Active and professional staff members.
- A well-established group with 5 or more ranks.
- Some form of development progress.
- You may sell ranks of LR status and below, however free ranking is forbidden.
- We do not ally with army groups.
- Two representatives, or more, must be willing to join our server to represent your group.
