Does anyone know how developers get invited and the minimum age requirement to get invited to the RDC?

From what Roblox has shared in past years, RDC is invite‑only and invites are based on your overall activity and impact as a creator (for example: having active experiences, good standing, and being engaged in the creator community). There isn’t a public checklist you can “complete” to guarantee an invite; Roblox selects a pool of developers and then sends invitations out in waves by email and through the official RDC registration system.
For age: recent RDCs have required you to be 18+ to attend the in‑person conference, while the virtual/online part is open to younger invited creators who meet Roblox’s general age and account rules. The exact wording for RDC 2026 (including any age minimum and waiver details) will be confirmed on the official registration page when it opens, so it’s best to keep an eye on that announcement too.
