Nomenclature Notes

  • “CC BY-SA 3.0” refers to Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported license
  • “Property of the SCP Foundation” refers to all assets & concepts derived from the SCP Wiki, licensed under CC BY-SA 3.0
  • “Us” refers to the SCPF Foundation group owned by Aerophobes (SCP | Secure. Contain. Protect. | - Roblox)

Statements

  1. All assets and concepts derived from the SCP Wiki are licensed under CC BY-SA 3.0, of which further credit and attribution are given further on.
  2. Our assets are automatically downloaded on your client by Roblox. All assets that are built from or remixed from the property of the SCP Foundation are also licensed under CC BY-SA 3.0, and remixes can be used elsewhere, as long as proper attribution is given to us and the SCP Wiki. By using these assets you agree to license any remixed versions of our assets under CC BY-SA 3.0, meaning people may remix your assets.
  3. Anything that would be deemed, by the Roblox Terms of Service owned by us and is not considered derivatives from the property of the SCP Foundation is not licensed under CC BY-SA 3.0 and is not affected by Section 2.
  4. Assets deemed owned by us cannot be used or distributed without proper permission from us.

Information on providing attribution to us

In accordance with Section 2 of our statements, when using our assets please provide attribution with the following format:

The asset 682’s Lovely Tea Party is a derivative of the asset created by Aerophobes’s Secure Contain Protect group (licensing information:), of which is based off the asset/concept on the SCP Wiki by “Dr Gears”: “scp-682”

SCP-173

The sculpture of SCP-173 shown on the SCP Wiki is not licensed under CC BY-SA 3.0 and therefore has been given a remade look that has no relation to the sculpture. Concepts from the text on the SCP Wiki however are under CC BY-SA and therefore can and have been used.
