Scratchs in my menu

Sorry for the music in the video, it was not intentional, I was listening to music anyways, I have these scratchs in my menu, does anyone have any idea what is this?

This is the plugin I use to make the menu round:

Before they tell me why not use UiConer? simple was giving a problem worst than that.

Dont Worry this might be a studio bug…this has been happening recently with a few people now

I have seen this happen before but I am unsure how to prevent it or get rid of it.
