Screen Capture Videos Are Broken

Whenever I try to capture a video with your built in screen capturer, the video doesn’t load and just displays a black screen. I have tried reopening the capture window, I have quit and reopened Roblox, and I even uninstalled and reinstalled it. It started off working and let me capture 2 videos, and, if it helps, I’m on Mac. Also, whenever I try to stop a clip early, it stops recording but the little red circle keeps indicating it’s recording.

Expected behavior

I was hoping to capture some gameplay to use on your new Moments game, but I guess now I can’t.

Did you happen to be able to successfully record one of these videos that shows up as a black screen in the gallery? If so, could you click on the save button and send this video file.

Sorry I didn’t check this sooner, but it seemed to have fixed itself. And, yes, it did just give a black screen/still image.
